How to become a professional Boxer, 20 Tips to get better at Boxing

 There are lots of great tips on social media on how to improve your boxing form and technique. I am giving you boxing training experience for many years. These boxing tips will be helpful to you whether you are a beginner or a professional already in boxing.


1. Exhale in every punch.

2. Bring your Hands back to your face after every punch.

3. Turn your Hips in every punch.

4. Fully extend your arms.
If your arms are not fully Extended, you're not getting the power in the punch.

5. Keep your feet apart when you're moving.
It helps you get ready to throw punches and keeps your balance.
6. keep your chin down.

7. Non-punching hands should be by your face at all times.

8. You want to be a small target.

9. Feint before every punch.
If you don't feint you are predictable.


10. keep your elbows in.

11. Train with your mouthguard.
Get used to breathing with a mouthguard on.
